Specifically, the content herein addresses how evolving cultural and consumer shifts are impacting exterior design - and how that impact in turn influences color choices, color usage, materials and roofing selections.

• An account of how home styles have shifted since 2008.
• Name the three macro influences that impacting residential architectural styles right now.
• Describe how architectural styles differ in the two design themes Clean Traditionals and Merged Aesthetics.
