Trespa International BV is an international company that develops and manufactures extremely high-quality panels for façade cladding and interior construction and finishing, and laboratory applications. Trespa, with a staff of approximately 550 worldwide, manufactures more than 4 million square meters of panel annually. Quality Performance Leadership is central to our philosophy, whether it concerns our products, the required technical and commercial support or the continuous development of new generations of products. Trespa has a sales presence in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
The name Trespa stands for high quality panels. Trespa is a flat panel based on thermo-setting resins homogeneously reinforced with wood fibers or, depending on the product line, with Kraft paper and manufactured under high pressure and temperature.
Trespa Meteon® is the company's exterior façade cladding material. Using special techniques, the panels have an integrated, decorative surface with pigmented resign. Meteon® is available in over 50 colors ranging from primary to pastel and with unique accents such as our metallics and natural prints lines.
Meteon® is highly resistant to harsh weather conditions. Color quality is resilient against such forces as UV light, heat, frost, humidity and acid rain for the life of the panel. Along with being resistant to harsh weather conditions, Meteon® withstands impact and is simple to clean and maintain. Versatile fastening systems and corner elements makes this product a creative solution for façade cladding, roof edgings, canopies, balcony and gallery cladding.
All of Trespas product lines promote environmental awareness. Trespa is a member of the USGBC and BEES. Trespa is one of the first manufacturers of building products to itemize the total effect of our products on the environment by means of life-cycle analysis. This analysis has proved an excellent guideline in the future developments of Trespa sheet materials. Trespas manufacturing facility in Weert, The Netherlands, recently received ISO 14001 certification, making it one of the first producers of panel material to have received such recognition.
